The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV will remain the unique legal and advantageous owner of all copyright and intellectual property rights in the Footage in eternity. All rights not explicitly given herein are booked by Racing TV.

Permissible Use and Restrictions

You might view the Footage once on a computer screen or mobile device for personal, private, domestic, non-commercial usages just in accordance with these conditions.

You shall not:

(a) Make the Footage available to anybody else;

(b) Use or see the Footage other than as expressly permitted by these conditions, or copy, relay, broadcast, or interact the Footage to the public, nor might you include any part of or all of the Footage in any equipment or item save as specifically permitted under these terms or establish any improvement or derivative works of any part or all of the Footage;

(c) Save, edit, copy, change, distort, modify, distribute, reformat, take apart, delay or repeat the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that contrasts any of the ethical rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;

(d) Remove any item identification (consisting of but not restricted to screen icons), legend or notice, or any proprietary or copyright notification from any part of the Footage;

(e) Represent or declare that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;

(f) Store or transfer any Footage to any publication, user group, other site, electronic bulletin board, newsletter, server or other storage device in any form; or

(g) Sell or commercially make use of any part or all of the Footage in any way.

3rd Party Rights

Racing TV and each of its group business might enforce any provision of these terms and conditions against you as a 3rd celebration contract recipient whether in the name of bet365 or in its own name. The Contracts (Rights of 3rd Parties) Act 1999 shall use to these terms.
