The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV will remain the exclusive legal and useful owner of all copyright and intellectual residential or commercial property rights in the Footage in all time. All rights not explicitly granted herein are scheduled by Racing TV.

Permissible Use and Restrictions

You might view the Footage when on a desktop computer screen or mobile gadget for individual, private, domestic, non-commercial uses just in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You shall not:

(a) Make the Footage readily available to anybody else;

(b) Use or view the Footage other than as specifically permitted by these terms, or copy, relay, broadcast, or communicate the Footage to the general public, nor might you consist of any part of or all of the Footage in any devices or item save as specifically allowed under these or develop any enhancement or acquired works of any part or all of the Footage;

(c) Save, edit, copy, amend, misshape, modify, disperse, reformat, disassemble, delay or repeat the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that is contrary to any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;

(d) Remove any item identification (consisting of however not restricted to screen icons), legend or notice, or any proprietary or copyright notice from any part of the Footage;

(e) Represent or declare that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is irregular with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;

(f) Store or transmit any Footage to any publication, user group, other website, electronic bulletin board, subscriber list, server or other storage gadget in any kind; or

(g) Sell or commercially exploit any part or all of the Footage in any method.

3rd Party Rights

Racing TV and each of its group business might implement any arrangement of these terms and conditions against you as a 3rd party contract beneficiary whether in the name of bet365 or in its own name. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall use to these conditions.
